THE BRIEF
Culture · Campaign · Motion

One idea, eighteen markets
Runa was entering a crowded cultural landscape with a product people understood but a point of view they had not yet met. The launch needed recognition without relying on category conventions.
A direct verbal idea and a kinetic visual grammar became the organising principle. Portraiture, colour and motion could flex locally while the campaign remained unmistakably one world.
Designed to travel
The final toolkit made speed a feature rather than a compromise. Teams could adapt film, outdoor, social and retail executions without sanding away the tension that made the idea memorable.
